Ingredients:

  • 200 ml of almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 150g of fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir well until the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  • Chop the fresh strawberries and fold them into the mixture.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results to allow the chia seeds to expand.
  • Once ready, give the pudding a good stir, serve in a bowl, and garnish with some extra strawberry slices if desired.
