Simple Sourdough Bread

Sourdough bread is a type of bread made using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. It's known for its distinctive tangy flavor, chewy texture, and crisp crust. The key ingredient is the sourdough starter, a mixture of flour and water that ferments over time. This bread is a favorite among home bakers for its complexity and rewarding process. 🍞
