  • 200g of chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Start by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper together to create the marinade.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until it's golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a minute.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
